Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing Edify Coaching. Every coaching session is intentionally reserved to provide focused, personalized support. Please review the following policies before booking.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received.

Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a rescheduling fee or be treated as a missed appointment. Sessions may only be rescheduled once. Additional changes may require a new booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or may be applied as a credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the session and no refund or credit will be issued.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment at the coach’s discretion.

Coach-Initiated Changes
If Edify Coaching needs to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to:
Reschedule at no additional cost, or
Receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Emergency Exceptions
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Requests for exceptions due to medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Edify Coaching.

Group Programs, Workshops & Events
Registration fees for workshops, group coaching, conferences, and special events are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If an event is canceled by Edify Coaching, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

Agreement
By booking a coaching session, consultation, workshop, or program with Edify Coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking and Cancellation Policy.
